Candidates must ensure their qualifications and experience details are truthful.
The Company is not responsible for employment disputes between Clients and Candidates but may assist in mediation where applicable.
4. Fees and Payments
Clients engaging in staffing services agree to pay the fees outlined in their respective service agreements.
Payments must be made as per the agreed terms. Late payments may incur additional charges.
5. Confidentiality
The Company values your privacy and ensures the confidentiality of sensitive information shared through our services.
Clients and candidates must also maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary information shared during the hiring process.
6. Liability Disclaimer
The Company acts as a facilitator and does not guarantee job placement, candidate performance, or client suitability.
We are not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from employment relationships formed through our services.
7. Termination of Services
The Company reserves the right to terminate services if a Client or Candidate violates these Terms and Conditions.
Clients may terminate agreements with appropriate prior notice as per contractual obligations.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction within Ontario, Canada.
9. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website or email.
