  • The Company is not responsible for employment disputes between Clients and Candidates but may assist in mediation where applicable.

4. Fees and Payments

  • Clients engaging in staffing services agree to pay the fees outlined in their respective service agreements.

  • Payments must be made as per the agreed terms. Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. Confidentiality

  • The Company values your privacy and ensures the confidentiality of sensitive information shared through our services.

  • Clients and candidates must also maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary information shared during the hiring process.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • The Company acts as a facilitator and does not guarantee job placement, candidate performance, or client suitability.

  • We are not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from employment relationships formed through our services.

7. Termination of Services

  • The Company reserves the right to terminate services if a Client or Candidate violates these Terms and Conditions.

  • Clients may terminate agreements with appropriate prior notice as per contractual obligations.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction within Ontario, Canada.

9. Amendments
